Darcy's Restaurant is located at one of Halls Gap's premier accommodation establishments - Comfort Inn Country Plaza Halls Gap. Seating up to 70 people Darcy's Restaurant is open Monday to Saturday nights from 6pm onwards and bookings are encouraged. The restaurant does close on Public Holidays but will open for large groups. The menu which is a fusion of Australian and Nepalese cuisine is complemented by a wine list that comprises mainly wines from the Grampians and Pyrenees Regions.
